  Employees are always friendly, helpful and polite. Process always smooth. I just want to thank Jacob for taking good care of us. He is very knowledgeable and polite. If I were the manager I would give him a raise.

  Tiffany Spain was genuinely an amazing person to do business with. Kept in constant contact with me and was extremely kind, she was also very fast at getting things done and on top of her job. I was in a time crunch and she chose to stay late to get everything done for me! I highly recommend Kelly Community and their employees!

  I use Kelly Federal credit union and love rhem,. When I began my search for a new car, I chose to contact them and Tiffany Spain began my process of being pre-approved. She was so amazing and was so informative on the whole process. She made sure I had everything I needed to get approved and that I got the best rates .   I had the great pleasure of working with Laura, Chris and Jacob today at the grande branch location… Laura is with their customer service center at another location but went above and beyond with excellent communication skills to help… Anyway… I just had hip replacement surgery… Very difficult to move around… Chris and Jacob we’re more than happy to accommodate and work with me in the parking lot while I completed an important transaction… I’ve been with Kelly community for over 10 years and this is one of the main reasons why… Great people… Great customer service… They are family
