  The worst. They do not listen to what you have to say. They made my closing a nightmare bc they didn’t include important information on top of that they gave me attitude and hung up on me because she couldn’t own up to her mistakes that put me in a bad situation They didn’t answer the calls anymore when we needed them to adjust the paperwork. Both Sandra’s are the worst. Do not recommend!

  I would like to take the time out to thank Jon White of The mortgage firm for the wonderful experience I received. He worked very diligently to help me obtain my loan. Many of you know that I am a travel nurse and our pay is very unique making it challenging for most lenders. Jon was very upfront with what I was facing where other lenders gave up without a try or was simply rude by saying “how do you keep up with this mess”! But not Jon…..he answered all my emails In a timely manner, he answered my calls while he was on the boat, even answered an email at 10pm! He kept his word on everything and he was apologetic when he asked for the 100 pages of the past 😂. The mortgage firm sent me dog tags for my fur babies with their name and new address! What a “pawesome” gift and sweet gesture. Thank you again Jon!! With all this being said, if you are in the market for a home loan or refinance call Jon White he will do his best to make it happen!

  After listening to several people in the past telling me that they can help lower my monthly house payments and not following through it is good to know that there is a company who not only been in business for 20+ years but actually do what they say. Whether your looking for a mortgage or refinance your mortgage this is the place that won't give false hopes. Here is the place you have been looking for. FOUND IT!

  My issue with them is regarding the interest rate. They had placed me automatically in an FHA loan without telling me. I asked about conventional because I didn't want to pay upfront PMI. So they put me on a conventional loan and then I noticed the interest rate had gone up. I had to notice, they never said anything to me about it. I consider that to be deceptive, in my opinion. So if you deal with them, please keep an eye out for your interest rates. It can change and you not be told about it. You'll have to notice it on your own.
