  Brian Mixon and Paige Gardner made our refinance process wonderful. I really enjoyed working with them. They are experienced and caring professionals. I would recommend going to them if you are looking for a mortgage loan or to refinance. My husband and I have done both.

  My wife Robin and I have had the good fortune of buying and selling several homes over our past 35 years together. I can honestly say that I have NEVER had a smoother or more pleasant financing experience than the one we has just a few months ago with Todd and his wonderful team, especially Brittany! They were both very approachable and available to answer our questions, and we found them both to be an outstanding source of guidance when there were choices or decisions to be made. I have been self-employed for the past 30 years, and that has always presented its own set of challenges and headaches for purchases or re-fi's. Todd and Brittany anticipated our questions, and they took ALL of the headaches and hassles out of the process. Our situation was made even more challenging when the buyer of our previous home required a quick closing, which then meant that WE had to have a quick approval and closing as well. Todd's entire team worked tirelessly to get us approved in what seemed like record time. One of my team members in my office is ready to apply for a new home loan, and I will gladly send her to Team Littlejohn. I will likewise send ALL of our friends and clients to them.   Tammy is the best! She guided us through every step of the process. She returned calls and texts the same day. While we were ready to give up on the process, she stayed motivated and positive. My husband and I was focused on purchasing a home using FHA but Tammy guided us in making sure my husband was able to utilize his VA benefits. Thank you Tammy for all your hard work!
