  My Fiancé and I were going through the process of buying our first home and I cannot recommend Jeff enough. There’s so much to learn when buying your first home and it can definitely be scary not understanding the process. Jeff sat down with us multiple times to help us understand and get us comfortable with the process. He was extremely responsive and professional even on weekends when we decided to put in offers on Sunday afternoons.   Tom Foley is the man. I cannot recommend him enough. He made the whole process so easy. It is so comforting having someone like Tom in your corner that you can trust and rely on to treat your best interests as if they were his own. We happened to close on our house right in the middle of crazy corona-economy. Interest rates were moving almost a full point either way in a week’s time at one point right before we closed!! And even though it was the most unpredictable market conditions that he himself has ever seen, he always had a professional opinion and helpful guidance. The rates were changing so quickly the week before we locked in, we were chatting almost daily. He even called me on his train ride home from New York one night just to chat about a sudden drop in rates and discuss options. We ended up locking in shortly after at the perfect time and are so happy with our final rate/price. And it was all due to Tom being on the ball and proactively communicating our options along the way. He was always one step ahead of where we needed to be and made the process so smooth. I can’t recommend Tom Foley and the Mortgage Corner enough.

  Jeff Desrosiers at the mortgage corner made the purchase of my wife and I’s home an amazing and exciting experience. As first time home buyers we were anxious, to say the least, about taking on this new experience.   I recently purchased a home in July 2019 and used Jeff as my mortgage broker. He made the process painless and I would recommend him for any first-time homebuyer.
