  I had a smooth landing working with Gardner. This was my first time going through the home buying process and the steps were made clear and easy to follow. Right now I’m confused about making my first mortgage payment but I created a ticket with the servicing team to clarify the process.

  Gardner Lane made our home buying process stress free. We had worked with another lender prior to working with Gardner. I won't name the previous Lender because I'm not here to bash anyone's business. To make a long story short. We are in our newly built home , thanks to Gardner. He really went to bat for us. He was always available to answer all of our questions and he always followed up within 24 hours. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in the process of buying a home. My husband and I can't thank him enough.

  Gardner was a pleasure to work with. He made our mortgage application process smooth and pulled out all the stops to get us to the finish line on time (and with a great rate) despite an almost comically difficult time finding an appraiser to come evaluate the property.   Connected with Gardner through a social contact. He was very thorough, and did a wonderful job of maintaining a professional demeanor throughout the process that required a lot of additional paperwork, as we had to deal with a seller who did not always adhere to timely submissions of necessary documentation. Gardner maintained a great sense of patience throughout the process as we moved to closing, and never seemed to lose his sense of humor which allowed us to remain calm through the process. His back up staff at Guaranteed Rate and at Pilgrim Title were also exemplary. I heartily recommend him to anyone looking for great service and competitive mortgage financing.

  Working with Gardner Lane and Ron Klein at Guaranteed Rate was a very pleasant experience. I bought a new property with Gardner and did a refinance with Ron. These guys are very professional and know what they are doing. Answered all the questions and took care of business. If you are looking for a mortgage or a refi with a great interest rate contact Ron or Gardner at Guaranteed Rate. you will not go wrong.   For the purchase of my new home in Glocester RI, I chose Gardner and Guaranteed Rate to help me obtain a mortgage. From the initial contact, to the closing, Gardner and his team at Guaranteed Rate provided excellent customer service. Obtaining pre-approval was very fast which afforded me the opportunity to make a serious and competitive offer to the seller in a tight sellers market. Further on, the online system employed by guaranteed rate made it very easy to provide them all the necessary initial documents, as well as those that were determined necessary subsequently. If I had any questions along the way, I always received prompt responses, including help in strategizing the optimal amount to borrow from Gardner. I was also able to get a great APR rate. Purchasing a new home is stressful, but the people I worked with at Guaranteed rate helped to make it less so by always remaining cheerful and optimistic.
