  This is an awful bank, my husband obtained an auto loan, unfortunately the car was totaled two weeks after purchasing. When asked for payoff by the insurance company, somehow your bank managed to come up with an amount that is higher than the original principle; and that is after making one payment. It does not matter what the interest rate is, even if the entire 1st payment went against the interest of the loan, the amount due for total payoff would still be less than the original principle. My husbands’ lawyer is looking into this, the BBB is full of complaints against your bank, do the right thing and contact my husband to arrange his refund.

  This is the worst bank I've ever used for a car loan. Website does not work, when one logs in it says no payments are due but the bank expects you to log in as guest and make a monthly payment. Their website has been like this for the three years I have had a loan with them and they make no efforts to fix it. The employees at this bank are useless and i have not drove my car in three years because they are too dumb to assist with getting an out-of-state title.

  Was just approved for my second home improvement loan with this bank. Both applications were handled by Antonio Barros, who is extremely professional, responsive, respectful and knowledgeable. He made the process the easiest and quickest that I have ever experienced in the arena of banking! I highly recommend reaching out to him for financial assistance. He gets the job done!

  I have watched this bank jerk my daughter around for too long. Her vehicle has been paid off for well over a year and she still does not have the title. When able to speak to a person she gets a different story every time. They claim after her pay off she still owed $300. In desperation to get the title she has twice mailed them money she does not owe and she still does not have her title. CROOKS
