  It was very much a pleasure to work with the team. They were very detailed oriented and had terrific follow up. They broke down everything and explained it to me as the progress pursued.   Outstanding experience. HIGHLY recommend Tom and his team for all your mortgage needs. The process was so much more stress-free than it would have otherwise been especially after the initial lender's appraiser caused some unforeseen challenges. The MCG quickly found another top lender -- with an even better rate and kept the process moving. Tom (the owner) in particular treats you as if you were his prized client -- and goes above and beyond to keep you abreast of all pertinent info. I got an excellent rate/ an expedited process and a prompt, courteous and very thorough explanation to any question I had. Thank you all!
