  I met my husband 10 years ago and for our first anniversary he gave me a beautiful white gold necklace with a small diamond embedded in a heart. When I received it I hoped that the small diamond would be incorporated into my engagement ring. 8 years after the necklace Keith Simms assisted my husband to select one of the highest quality diamonds for my engagement ring and a gorgeous diamond necklace as a wedding day gift. This year my husband had a custom infinity necklace made with his and my birthstones as well as the birthstone of our first baby girl! WJ Oneills is one incredible establishment for sentimental gifts like these as well as other great finds for jewelry, watches, antique silverware, instruments and other rarities. I highly recommend this shop!!

  brought a pinky gold ring with a little diamond and small ruby ! the sales person told me it was 14 kt so i brought the ring ! i wanted to sell the ring to a person i know we both went to the local jeweler the owner looked at the ring and said this ring is 12 kt not 14 kt and it looks like some one scratch the marking inside the ring the owner i was ripoff i paided $275 for the ring i lost my sales receipt , so i never went back to O'NEILL to get my money refunded i wish i could get my money back or something else

  WORST place EVER!! Shady shady shady! Tryed to steal my 1 carat diamond right in front of my face but since i was watching him he couldnt Yelled at me cause I wouldn't let him take my ring in the back of the store cause "the owner doesn't come up front" oooookkkk do you think I'm stupid! Then told Me to leave ha ha my pleasure. They were so weird with how they were looking at me and my mom like they were up to no good.

  I purchased a guitar from ONeils and the guy told me he would save me tax. However there is no tax when an item is shipped to another state which they had to do for me. They insisted they gave me a discount by nit charging tax but the reality is that they charged me full amount cause they wouldn’t pay tax on a shipped item. They are either uninformed or crooks, I believe the latter.

  Many states require destination tax meaning that if an item is purchased in one state and shipped to another, tax is charged for the state the item is being shipped to. Florida does require destination tax. We apologize for any misunderstanding.

  Never had a bad experience.Always fair and honest.My husband has purchased many beautiful pieces of jewelry for Christmas and anniversaries.With all the "fly by night" shops that have sprung up,we will stick with this 45 year mainstay.
