  Only one person to help with. Notary. Over an hour wait for something that takes a few minutes. It may look like an old school bank but the service is excruciatingly slow.

  I recently moved in to the Patchogue area and couldn't be more happy with this branch. The bank itself is large and spacious so you immediately feel comfortable. Even though I've run in to a number of issues the Staff ( Maria) and Branch Manager ( Phil ) are quick to assist me along with the Tellers. I've dealt with a number of BOA Branches and this particular Branch is very well run. JG

  The workers are not helpful and are highly judgmental of a person’s economic situation. They are quick to direct everything to 1800 numbers or online options, instead of addressing the problem at the moment themselves. Additionally, the ATM more often than not fails to work properly and shortens people of their money from withdrawals.

  Impossible to get someone to call you back. Waited all day for a call back when I was told I'd be called back in a few minutes. Had to call 20 times in a row to get someone to answer the phone

  Very nice staff Friendly staff and amazing bank manager that's always ready to help. Sometimes there aren't enough clerks resulting in a line build up. Overall, very pleased with this branch.

  Very bad customer service. After two months of setting up my IRA, They opened it wrong and I have to repeat the process. I asked for my money bank and told I have to call customer service who sent me non IRA distribution forms and I need to spend another several hours off of work to fix their mistakes.
