  Bill Schwegler was professional, knowledgeable and honest. My husband already owned a home before we got married so I never had to deal with the "buying" process. Likely for me, Bill, was able to help me with that. I was referred to Bill through my realtor, Kenneth Hirsch, and these two made a great team together. We were always kept informed and in the loop. Bill truly helped us and explained things to me time and time again (sorry!) when I wasn't understanding something. Bill was always within arms reach too with the buying process. I highly highly recommend Bill Schwegler when looking for a mortgage. We are so luckily and thankful to have had Bill help us and make this such an easy and smooth process. Not to mention he did this all within a few weeks and right Christmas, as promised. Thank you, Bill!!

  Bill Schwegler and his team by far made this scary/exciting experience way easier than I could have ever imagined. Bill was there day and night. Answered every single question I had even if I asked it 100 times. He even on several occasions drove to my job to my bank to grab paper work to speed the process up. I thought buying a house was going to take forever. My family and I were in our first ever home in less then 2 months. I thank Bill and his team for making our dream come true.

  This guy lives on his phone. You don’t understand how important it is to have a loan officer that is willing to work with you during non-business hours...you know, when we actually have time to talk? Bill made everything simple and I actually learned a lot in the process. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!
