  We live a couple of hours away from Mike and his team but with the excellent communication, it was as if he was in the same building. Mike was great to work with, very prompt, and extremely knowledgeable. We never felt pressured and he explained things in terms that we could both easily understand. It was a fantastic experience and we would highly recommend Mike Baker!

  My wife and I couldn't be happier with the AMAZING experience we had working with Michael Baker at Affinity Mortgage! My wife and I found a house that we were only going to get if we could close in 30 days, which is extremely tight for mortgage brokers, especially in this market. Not only was Mike and his team willing to work within that tight timing, but he worked hard to save us a ton of money - Mike secured industry-low interest rates, somehow got us incredibly low closing costs, and was able to waive the appraisal. In getting emails from him at all hours in the day and days in the week, it was clear that Mike was working his hardest to meet our tight closing date. Additionally, Mike was great at walking us through every step of the process, taking the time to explain to us everything that was going on, which made us feel comfortable with the home-buying process. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Michael Baker and Affinity Mortgage, not just because of the great results but also because of the outstanding commitment to the customer!

  Michael Baker was professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us understand the process of our loan and all the details involved. Even while he was on vacation, he understood the time sensitivity of puting an offer on a home and made sure the paperwork was completed quickly, and concisely. My husband and I will always be grateful for everything he did to help find us with our loan to purchase our dream home. We will never recommend anyone else.
