  As first-time home buyers we weren't sure how to determine who was the best Mortgage company to use. Before we even applied we emailed with an interest in working with them. Within an hour Katie called us personally and talked us through what we were wanting and what worked for us. She explained in detail what everything meant and what the entire process entailed. It was an easy choice to proceed with Fountain Mortgage after Katie welcomed us so flawlessly. Every step of the way Katie made sure to ask what questions we had and always let us know when another team member would be reaching out.   Katie and the team and Fountain were so wonderful to work with on our new home loan. They were all available to answer our endless questions and never made us feel like it was an inconvenience. They were also so fast! We were able to close a week early, which was amazing, given the delays we've been experiencing in all other areas! Five stars. Very professional and sharp team.

  Working with Katie and her team was nothing short of amazing. They took the time to explore several different loan options with me and help me calculate the monthly payments at various different down payments and loan terms so that I could make the best decision for me and my family. The whole team was professional, courteous and responsive. They were also flexible when we needed to change closing dates. I can't say enough great things about working with this team!

  This was by far the easiest mortgage we’ve done. Katie said they could close in 3 weeks, and I was naturally hesitant on believing her based on my last mortgage with another lender. Sure enough, Katie and team met the closing date with ease. No errors at all in processing, and great communication throughout the whole process. I will be recommending Katie & Co to anyone needing a mortgage or refi.

  The Fountain Mortgage team are awesome! They where very helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing my first home.
