  This is our family’s 4th buying/selling experience and Justin has been the ONLY finance guru to take the time to come to our closing date and meet us in person. He was extremely knowledgeable throughout the process of purchasing our home. He answered all my questions, no matter how unique. I never felt like a bother and he took the time to get to know our family. He advised us as sellers and buyers. He kept us informed and went the extra step to ensure there was no additional last minute documentation needed. We were even able to close a week early! Fingers crossed this is our forever home and family is done growing but if we move again Justin Rabin and Denise Cunningham (our realtor) will be the first two people to know! We are so excited to begin this next chapter of our life and I am so thankful to have the two of them supporting us.

  Justin and his team are fantastic to work with! As first time home buyers the mortgage process can be confusing and often overwhelming. Justin and his team helped us at every step of the way and were very responsive when we had questions and did a ton of work behind the scenes to get us pre-approved and then move us through an accelerated close when we found our dream home. They were professional and friendly while working with our agent and all the other parties to make sure the entire process was seamless and as easy as possible for us. I highly recommend Justin and his team!

  I had a great experience working with Justin. I was a first-time home buyer and had many beginner level questions which I repeatedly asked the same question a thousand times and Justin never rushed me ever got inpatient. He was super professional, knowledgeable about breaking down all the line items and fees and provided everything with backups and writings. He'd always return my calls and reply to all the emails promptly and he was able to get me approved at a fantastic interest rate and at a much higher amount than I was initially approved somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and watch 5 to 10 youtube videos about all the steps of a mortgage transaction, then ask your mortgage person all your beginner level questions, or else you wouldn't know what to ask and you'd get the feeling that they are making up things, but they are not, there is just SO MANY part to the process, so it helps to have some basic knowledge of the process. Long story short, he was fantastic and I definitely highly recommend him to everyone looking to get a home mortgage. The entire process with him was super smooth and made a very large intimidating transaction less stressful. Great experience and super knowledgeable!

  Justin and his team are the best mortgage brokers I have ever worked with and I have worked with a lot both personally and professionally. They took the time to answer any and all of my questions, and their mortgage progress portal was so easy to upload documents and fill out required forms that I was blown away. They were available to me seven days a week which is unusual but so valuable when you’re purchasing a home or refinancing as these are very big steps for most people. There were no hidden fees, there were no surprises. I will use Justin and his team again and again and recommend you do as well.

The application process through Fountain was so easy. The website and the portal made sending documents almost effortless.
