  We worked with John to help us narrow in on the right neighborhood and right home during our relocation to Las Vegas from Austin, Texas. His knowledge of the area was perfect. He listened to our wish list, helped us to refine it. Even offered to pick us up from the airport during our fly in/out location visits. In the end we went with new construction and John was happy to play our eyes and ears on the ground throughout the construction process. Amazing. So appreciated. We're thrilled. Thank-you.

  Going through a divorce with a 3 year old and buying a new house can be extremely stressful and anxiety-producing. Not only did I need a house I needed it fast and in a particular neighborhood and I’m picky! John went above and beyond, he found me the perfect home after a tireless though expedited search and his Broker Ryan Melvin predicted my homes appraisal amount down to the dollar and it was an incredibly unique house and difficult to value. Not only would I recommend John to any potential home buyer, I was so pleased by the process I am now looking for investment opportunities with John and The Melvin Team.
