  I am very happy with my overall experience with Mr. Joey Ciaglia, Senior Mortgage Consultant during my refinance process. The entire process went seamlessly. I appreciated his attentiveness and the ease of getting the required documents into their system. As a working professional, time is not always available but Joey made it a breeze to get everything quickly accomplished. Working with the rest of the team was a joy as well. Tina Tran was extremely efficient and very nice to deal with. Once we got to the final mortgage signing I was delighted to see Joey and Tina both going the extra mile to come to Clear Title to ensure all was well. April Canfil the Escrow Officer was also very efficient and cheerful. What more can I say, other than my experience was Five Star.

  We had an incredible experience working with our Loan Officer Daniel Cerruto. He made the entire process super understandable and explained every step thoroughly.  We were extremely new to this but Daniel made the entire process a breeze always following up with us to make sure that we had no pending questions. The seller had offered us a $50 credit for every day that we closed early and Daniel helped us close 21 (YES! TWENTY ONE!) days early and got us over $1000 towards our closing costs! Thanks again! Definitely a great experience!!

  My loan processing was a comfortable experience. My officer Daron Rice always answered his phone and all my questions. The process was explained in a way I could understand it. Another company I tried took so long to call me back and could never fully explain the details. He offered great ideas and a real solution. I would not hesitate to go through him again if needed. I have recommended him to my friends and family.

  Joey was the most personable and real lender I have ever dealt with. He's the kind of guy you can definitely go out, have a drink with,and open up about your whole life. He makes you feel like he really cares about you the person. He was patient and efficient. He made us laugh, and comforted us when things didn't go as planned. He stuck with us until the end of the process, and even answered questions afterward. I wouldn't want to use anyone else for a home loan ever!! Joey and Streamline Home Loan is the best!!
