  Great, efficient company to work with! Drew Levy and his team at Valley West Mortgage were excellent to work with during my refi. The process to refi my house was the most efficient I have ever experienced and I have been through it a few times with other lenders! Drew was always there to answer my questions and explained everything thoroughly. Drew and his team are very professional and easy to work with! I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a house or do a refi. Thank you very much!!

  Loan Officer, Barbara Green went far and beyond, 5Stars, to not only provide a fast, fun and very friendly experience with us, but very relaxed and Professional at the same time, she offered a listening ear, which is very rare, on these types of occassions, which helped built trust and understanding which is why I/we feel she is deserving more than just 5 Stars.   1st time home buyer and Vatche, Celeste and their team made this entire process very thorough and detailed. We made sure communication was key because I was an out of state client. Knowing their experience and how professional they were made me felt at ease with the process of purchasing my home. I do definitely look forward to working with them again in the future.   Jorge B. is nothing short of amazing!!! Before him, I tried two other brokers who either mislead or couldn’t help me. Jorge was friendly, communicative and was able to give me an incredibly low interest rate (I have a lower interest rate than all of my friends who just refi-ed). He spoke with me frequently updating me on every step of the process and made the refi process simple. Best of all, he closed my refi in under three weeks. I’d highly recommend him!!

When I hit a slight snag, I was missing the signature page of one of my documents, she worked directly with my previous lender to get it resolved, saving me time and effort.   I applied for a refinance on October 12 2020.Vatchi gave me a load of BS about how they were going to take care of me.I sent them all my documents. Vatchi passed my file of to Rocio she told me they had very thing ready to close then they stopped calling me.I have an 800 credit score so I know I'm good.I called them and they said Rocio is no longer with the company. Another guy called and said he was taking over my account and it's now Feb 2021 and nothing.Very unprofessional.Heading to Facebook now to pass the word around

They explained how everything is going to happen and what they needed from us. If I had a question, I didn't have a problem bringing it up to them. They were very comfortable to talk to.   Valley West Mortgage is brilliant lender due to interaction with their customer. Each of their customers is treated as a family member and moreover they get first-class service compare to the big banks and corporations. Prior to Valley West Mortgage I worked with couple big banks and lenders, which were absolutely useless, they just didn’t care if they don’t meet the closing date. If you want to avoid all the headache and get things done in timely manner, stay away from big banks and just use Valley West Mortgage. I was able to close on time thanks to Vatche S. and Celeste M and I really appreciate all their effort and dedication. Thanks to them I was able to meet my new closing date. I wish Valley West Mortgage Team all the best and Happy Holidays!
