  I started looking to refinance our home in 2020. I contacted several bankers / brokers and found Kamran to be the most hopeful. While others were trying to 'take an app' or 'let's run your credit' to see what they are working with. Kamran was the only one to try to really understand our situation. 'What were we trying to do? Lower the monthly payments? Change the term? Why?' After finding out all our needs and unique situation, he ended up recommending a different provider even though he could have met our needs, there was someone better! He even reviewed the competitors terms to make sure there weren’t any hidden gotchas! When shopping for new loans it's hard trust folks. I highly recommend Kamran and he will be my first stop for any new financing needs.

  I highly recommend Dara Capital for your mortgage needs; extremely understanding and efficient! Kam’s team is reliable and can explain and identify best program for your mortgage needs. I made a mistake by trying to use a different lender originally and it was such a headache compared to Dara Capital. Kam closed the loan within weeks and the original lender was still at gathering documents. Thank you Kam !

  Call Kamran and Tatiana at Dara Capital! They are both very professional, quick & efficient. Kamran was able to quickly identify the best Lender for me.
