  I can't say enough about Kevin and his team. I did my original mortgage with them and now have done TWO refinances, leaving me in a much better place with my loan. I wouldn't have arrived here without Kevin's pro-active approach, reaching out when market conditions indicated I might benefit from refinancing. The paperwork process is seamless and with daily status updates, I never had that feeling that my loan was in a "black hole."
