Tony Butler1So I needed to get a blank check from this location after work, so my wife could get a car. They still close at 4pm, due to covid which we've been dealing with for over a year now. Thanks to these dumb new hours I could not make it in time. This really makes me want to switch banks, because how can a bank this big still think it's okay to limit hours and prevent working people from using their services when life has resumed in literally almost every other aspect. I'm just disappointed

Kirk Harnack1Trying to cancel a BoA credit card on behalf of my ailing father. I have Power of Attorney. BoA required that I leave the ORIGINAL PoA document with them for sending to their New York office to verify. I objected to giving them the ORIGINAL PoA papers (notarized and recorded), but they said that's the only way. Now, over 5 months later, those valuable PoA docs have still not been returned to me as promised. Perhaps this is not the fault of this Hixson branch, but this branch is where I was able to appear and begin the process. Very disappointed in BoA, and replacing these PoA docs with my father's attorney will cost additional $$$.

C Debelen5I have always had a good experienced with the tellers at the Hixson branch. They were professional and courteous everytime I visited to do my personal banking needs. The lobby person who greets as soon as I enter the door makes me feel very welcome!

Aaron Wasik1Took my deposit and lost it. They don't answer the phone and the small business call center can't get ahold of this branch either. Withdrawing and closing all of my business and personal accounts with this bank ASAP. 20 year history, no loyalty, and completely clueless.

Ethel Dabrowski2I truly do not understand why they shut down the drive-thru window. As a business whose sole purpose is to serve the public, this was quite the disservice. At first, I had high hopes that the service would be quicker by going inside...WRONG. Every time I walk in, the line is always backed up with a maximum of 2 clerks behind the counter. The only reason I gave an additional star is because the tellers are usually very nice.

AMP'D Brewing1My first trip inside my new bank I observed the fake blonde teller talking down to an Asian fellow, while he was asking questions about why she put his money into the wrong account. She blamed it on him repeatedly until she realized she was the one who made the mistake and then just said “my bad, I didn’t see that”. Wow. Not a good first impression. Very condescending and rude, and I am waiting for someone to take my initial deposit and print me off a debit card. Might be a while...

Ray Acker1Poor customer service line is 9 deep and only 1 teller then some Bank employee caring a Panera Catering box comes out and tells us we need to wait out side can not all be this close maybe if you where really interested in our safety you would have more tellers and or open your drive through. Very Very poor attitude
