  I hardly ever go to financial places for help due to the fact of how lost I am with trying to understand all the paperwork and confusing the numbers and all that. It leaves me afraid just at the thought. I broke down and went to first Franklin and honestly that's the best choice I have ever made. Along with being beyond welcoming and upbeat, Jessica made sure to walk through everything for me and kept it simple. I walked in scared and left confident. I will for sure come back and I highly recommend everyone to go here for your financial needs

  I got approved for a small loan to purchase a new saxophone for my son. They were quick to approve. Every time I called to make a payment they were very nice and helpful. I just paid off that loan, they were super helpful. They also made sure to ask if there was anything else I needed help with. Such as other loans and other financial issues I might have. I appreciated that so much.

  Have a 9,000$ car, a job, decent credit score and a co signer. Would not approve me for a small medical loan. Very disappointed customer.

I will and i have in the past recommended, as many people as i can i hope to continue to do business with this office for many years to come.   The branch manager here, Karen Taylor, was a joy to work with. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. I would highly recommend this business if you are in need of a loan!!!

  Karen and the staff at the Hixson office are by far the best! It’s almost like visiting with family whenever you deal with them. Professional, friendly and will help in any possible way!
