  First Bank was very professional, supportive, informative and made me feel like I was the most important client they had. From the application process, to the construction loan disbursements to the final loan closing everyone I had contact with was excellent and helpful. I would recommend this bank to anyone who's interested in building a home and refinancing into a permanent loan. They made it so simple.

  First Bank was fantastic to work with. We bought a house in Massachusetts and First Bank handled all the details to get our mortgage completed on time.   Chris and the First Bank team have helped us starting with the beginning stages of construction. He guided us through dealing with the construction loan with another lender and then our conversion to our conventional mortgage.
