  Garrett and his team were awesome! They were able to help me work my loan out so it closed exactly when I needed it. Garrett was almost always able to answer the phone, and if he couldn't, he always made the effort to call back. He was willing and able to answer all of my questions and would reach out to other resources if he didn't know the answer. 10/10 would recommend going through Garrett and his team! I know I will again!

  Garrett and the Hansen Team is extremely knowledgeable of the VA loan process. They were quick to respond to all question via email, phone call, or text messages. The team was able to close our loan and get it funded with little to no issues. I would highly recommended Academy Mortgage and the Hansen Team!

  Garrett, Tammy and Jared are the best team you could hope to work with! I had a unique lending situation with self-employment income and working for a spouse. They took care of every hurdle with no problem. Where other levers recommended against doing a down payment grant because it was too much trouble, Garrett and his crew took care of everything for me.
