  My husband and I were in the store for about 2 hours. Maranda stayed with us the whole time. Eventually, we had to order on line and have it shipped to the store. She was fantastic helping us. Would recommend them to anyone.

  I absolutely love this store. They have some beautiful rings and even collectable coins. My favorite part about it is getting to chat with the very smart and hilarious girls. It's amazing how much they know. They even taught me how to break down a gun. Seriously, they're talented! I hate to pick favorites because each employee is outstansing. If you go the there ask for the short girl sarah and she will blow you away! I will forever be a faithful customer.

  This place is a great place to kill some time lots of good stuff. The hubs bought 5 guns and 2 cases of ammo at a really reasonable price. And I bought a old as heck army cot as a present for his hunting trips. And my favorite employees are Sarah and the sisters Candice and kim. They all bust on each other like a framily. I just feel like I want to be friends with them. And they have been teaching me about the guns because admittingly I don't know much about them but they really know their stuff and are helping me keep up with conversation with my husband. 😉 Guess the secrets out. Thanks ladies you all rock!

  Always have great service coming to the gun shop. I love the prices and the variety of things to shop for. And my husband and I love candace and her help when shopping. My favorite thing purchased here was the 870 shot gun.

  This Crossville gunshop is 10X better than the one in Livingston. Their friendly service is amazing. These guys are professionals and actually know how to treat the customer.

  Candice is so knowledgeable and very laid back. I cannot wait to take her carry class. She makes every beginner feel like an expert. I trust her.   I've only been once but the ladies in the front were very polite. Their selection was the best it could considering most places are sold out. It seems they are making their best effort to restock.

  After a very long wait for the reopening of the range portion of The Gun Shop, it finally happened. It looks like the remodeling consisted of some maintenance to the walls to remove lead. No problem, the previous range was a great place to shoot and the lead removal is something that needed to be done. I talked with a lady about membership ... severely and outrageously high prices in addition to something called a 'sign up' fee to gouge even more money. Individual - $359.88/yr + $99 signup. Couple - $599.88/yr + $199 signup. Family - $719.88/yr + $249 signup and something new called Executives - $1199.88/yr + $499 signup. This has to be the highest prices for range membership in Tennessee. I'm very disappointed in Gun Shop management for these outrageous prices. I would love to shoot here again but not at highway robbery prices. I currently drive 60 miles to another range ... I guess I'll keep on driving over the mountain to shoot. At least until the Gun Shop decides to lower prices to a reasonable standard and to drop that ridiculous 'sign up' fee. Reply to Mr Bartlett CEO: I understand the need for a remodel when one takes ownership of a business. You want to portray the best for your business. The renovations are mostly unseen ... along the lines of doubling air input and lead removal, from what you write. Lead removal is a very important task in the ownership of a range and is recommended to be done every few years. I look forward to the hearing about the rest of your renovations whenever they are completed. Having generations of kin in and around Nashville, I can say that Crossville is NOT Nashville, thankfully. Nor is it Atlanta, or Chattanooga, or Memphis, etc. Hallelujah! I agree, the computer system that operates the lanes and retrievers is top notch. That is one of the positives that attracted me to purchase membership for the range under the previous owners. We purchased couple/family (I forget the terminology that was used at the time) membership in the range of $350. The membership required no additional sign up fee. The range was also pistol and rifle friendly. The rifle were however limited, under previous management, to certain calibers. Perhaps you have improved the range to accept higher caliber rifles but 25yds or less is not usually a popular rifle range. But then you offer machine gun rentals. Nice incentive but I shot machine guns when I was a young man and didn't have to pay for the ammo. Other ranges, including the one I am now a member, charge in the neighborhood of $250 - $275 Individual and $350 for Couple/Family. Even prior to purchasing the couple membership there, we were paying $15/each .. no matter how long we were on the range. I have found those prices to be the norm. Of course, I don't go to Nashville or Atlanta. Oh and the range controllers, while not as fancy as yours, work just fine. The 4 free range passes are a nice option, if needed. I never used one. Oh and t-shirts as a bonus to your high prices??? I'm 75 years old, I have a closet full of t-shirts that I have available. I'm long out of high school and the prospect of receiving a screen printed t-shirt that advertises a business I may or may not utilize, fails to excite me. Yessir, I'm sure you put a lot of thought in pricing your range memberships. Far be it from me to tell you how to run your business. But it is my option to avoid your business when I find the prices to be ridiculously high and a rip off. Nothing personal ... I just don't like your prices. I appreciate your offer for a free range pass, should I drop by the range in the future, Mr Bartlett. I would have to decline your kind offer. I have no problem paying my way when I utilize a product. But I seriously doubt I will drop by your range again ... unless you bring your prices to a reasonable norm. I don't see that happening.   Hey Jim, First of all, I wanted to say thank you for visiting our store in Crossville. I truly am sorry that we were not able to show the value or elaborate more on our pricing. Since we purchased the property from the bank, we have done a complete remodel and overhaul of the facility. We have doubled the air input and tripled the output. We tore out almost everything inside the range to take care of the lead issues the previous owners had. We have had the backstop mined and lead removed. Our range is on par with those you would find in large cities like Nashville and Atlanta, which we have visited extensively and researches over the last 5 years. We have traveled all over the country visiting ranges and range manufacturers in order to create the best indoor range experience possible. Our range has tactical programmable target retrievers. We have a rubber backstop which makes the shooting experience much more enjoyable than a metal backstop. Our range is pistol and rifle friendly. We are also the only range in the area that offers machine gun rentals. Now for the pricing. We are one of the cheapest, state of the art indoor ranges in the state. Franklin armory, Nashville armory and Royal Range all charge $50 month for an individual membership, with very few additional perks. Our individual membership is $29 a month. When the range was operational under the previous owners, they were selling memberships that were almost on par with our individual membership was $425 a year. Our individual membership with the current promotion we are running of 50% off signup fee, would come out to $410 a year, and you don't have to pay it all at once. We did that to eliminate the barriers to entry many older ranges still use with the large upfront cost. We also give you 4 free range passes ($80 value) and free T-shirt, hat or tumbler ($15 value). I apologize for going on and on, but I wanted you to know that a lot of thought was put into this, and we strive to deliver value to our customers above and beyond. We just had Dead Air Suppressors doing demos last weekend which was free to all of our members, ammo included. We also have other vendors lined up for more events throughout the year. Our pricing is far under the industry average and under any similar state of the art indoor range in the state. The cheapest local outdoor range near us it $10 for 2 hours, if you shoot more than 6 hours a month it’s cheaper to shoot with us, and you get air conditioning. The best way we like to think about it is, it’s $10 more than Planet Fitness a month and a lot more fun. I do respect your decision to go elsewhere, and wish you the best.   This place is great. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They also have a great selection of guns. If you need something they don't have, they can get it! I highly recommend this store!
