      Beware of US Bank!! Very poor experience! I had all of my accounts with us bank (checking, mortgage, credit cards, and was getting a savings account) I was going through the loan process for a fifth wheel was told to come pick up the check on Friday. I go to the bank it’s not ready. I waited three hours in town only to be told it’s not going to be ready that they can overnight the check to the dealership on Monday. Monday comes they still can’t get it together and now I am denied even though I have more than enough money in my account to cover the loan. Apparently US Bank does not want your money in their bank. I will never go through them again for anything.

      Set in line 15 minutes to deposit a check because website said lobby was open for appoint only. Called after depositing the check and was told lobby is open. Ready to close account there if the lobby is to remain closed.

      I went to deposit money in my daughters account. I didn’t have the account number and the teller refused to look it up. I understand if I was trying to take money out but I was putting it in. My sons have a different bank and I have never had their account number either. It’s never been a problem though. This is the most difficult bank ever.

      I've given this bank chance after chance over the years. They have made many a mistake, been rude on more than one occasion, and are the slowest bank I've ever seen. This Friday they told me that they couldn't do something involving cashing my checks. I drove to cookeville and they took care of me immediately. I implore anyone who is looking for a bank to look anywhere, and everywhere else. This place can't even cash checks properly.

      Why are negative stars not available for this Outfit? How do they stay in business? Lobby closed since last year because of "Covid". Lobby door says "use other door" "Other door" also says "use other door." Do they think this is funny? They charge $7 to cash a check on their own bank! What? Suggested the manager post a new sign on door saying"lobby closed" and asked to speak to the manager... she said "I am the manager". But, she is not about to label that door. A good place to open a new bank. Not enough money in the world for me to open an account here. RUN!

      I use the ATM to deposit money because I feel like I’m jumping through hoops when I go to a teller to do so. ATM ate my card. Teller did not care and was very rude about the fact that I would have to wait for a Wednesday to get it back. Also, it happened to the person behind me so it’s their ATM having issues. They have not put a note on there saying it should not be used, therefor allowing other customers to get their debit cards eaten. As if a pandemic isn’t already making it hard enough to pay bills, us bank is making it ten times harder. So thanks for that 👍🏼 Terrible customer service.

      Honestly the customer service isn’t the best and it’s hardly ever open. Closes at 3pm and not open on Saturday anymore. Very inconvenient for people with a life. Will be switching as soon as I have time.

      Why are banks still closed for lobby business ???😠. Restaurants are open, hospitals are open and schools. People have to waste gas and time sitting in the car for the window service. This is so backwards. The restaurants and grocery stores have more germs than the bank .

      Im looking for a new bank. One that has at least 2 out side atms and a drive up atm where you dont have to jump in front of cars to go to. I know im looking for a tall order. Any suggestions? Sitting in their parking lot wanting to make a deposit to pay bills and there only atm is down to bad there wasn't another atm to use.

      Currently they are only open from 9-4 which is understandable under the circumstances, but they only have 1 teller trying her best to operate both lanes, and it isn't working. She needs HELP! When you can only get to the bank on your lunch hour, its rather frustrating to have to wait in the line so long you don't have time to do anything else. Unfortunately, this situation isn't much better during normal hours. There's never enough help!
