  Great staff to work with.. Always smiling and make me feel like I am a million dollar client. Kellie and Courtney are friendly, sweet and professional. There is a great man that works there too and I am sorry I cant remember his name. I highly recommend this branch for quality service.

  Mindy was so helpful with my situation today. I was very nervous to be there, so she walked me through everything and explained it all. I felt a lot better after I left and i was approved for more than I had expected. The store got busy, but she was able to help me quickly and was very nice to me. Thank you so much for your help!

  The staff that helped me to get my loan was incredibly friendly even though they were about to close!! Super kind, worked quickly, and helped me through some complications with my bank login! The 2 employees that night went above and beyond!!! Highly recommended!!

  My experience at Advanced Financial was magnificent! The gentleman (Trevor) that helped me was kind, understanding and just an all around great guy! He helped me when I definitely did NOT have my things gathered up! He worked with me for two hours!! I will definitely be coming back and recommending ANYONE and EVERYONE to go see Trevor at Advanced Financial in Crossville TN!!!

  Karissa and Mindy were so helpful today! Our dog was sick and we needed emergency funds to take care of our poor Anna. The girls at Crossville really went out of their way to help us, and my son and I couldn't be more thankful! I'll definitely be back!

  I have been to AF24/7 3 times now and everyone in the store from Andrew to April and Trevor plus Courtney have been more than helpful and very appreciative of my business. I can always count on them to brighten my day and fatten my wallet!!!!!

  Stacey and April are so amazing. I love them here and highly highly recommend them. They got me a good loan, cash checks, and have free money orders! Stacey and April have great customer service skills and they will not disappoint you.

  I love the friendly staff.   Went in to cash a check was advised of the loan they offer which i didn’t know about was an easy paperless process. Got approved and walked out with even more money. Thank you to April and Trevor for all the help. It means a lot when you can go in and get great customer service. Will be back.
