  We love stopping to shop local when visiting Crossville. Funny story I was rushing the guys before the owner sweetened the deal too much to tempt them to buy a gun. Then I looked at a particular handgun and he sweetened the deal so well and was so nice and down to earth with his customer service; I couldn’t say no! Stop in and shop here.   Let’s start off with saying how great their staff is. As soon as I walked through the door someone acknowledged me right away and offered to assist me. They have some of the best prices in town which is always great and they have such a huge selection. If there’s something you need and can’t find it there they will go out of their way to ensure you get what you need. By far the best pawn shop in the crossville area. Thank you guys

  These guys are great all americans, sold me a beautiful wood stock sks with several accessories for a great price. They are also very generous with their lay away system. If i need a firearm or a guitar or lawn appliance i always go to them first. Thanks crossville pawn and gun your great.

  These guys are not only knowledgeable, they are also friendly and honest! This is the only pawn shop in Crossville I go to! Everyone is always so quick to help me, they always have great deals, and they even know me by name. Thanks, y'all!

  Went to sell a laptop that I paid 230 dollars for, had the box and all paperwork on it. They claimed they could only do $40 on it. I went to the next pawn shop, Tabors, and got $100. Crossville pawn and guns are cheap and I wouldn't recommend anybody go there if you are really needing money . just terrible . theives if you ask me. They just want to make as much profit as they possibly can.

  The good folks are curtious, helpfulland professional. If one maybe late on a payment, They WILL work with and for you. They don't just place your stuff on the floor for sale.

  I pawned my wifes wedding ring here and I went to get it out, and they had "LOST" it. I asked the manager and he said he didnt know where it was. WELL THEN WHO DOES KNOW WHERE IT IS IF NOBODY WHO WOKS THERE DOES???This place is under new management because they are ALL a bunch of thieves...conclusion to my story is if you want your stuff stole then please come here!!!! WHAT A SHAME!!!!!!!!

  I am sorry that your pawn was pulled, but anything not that is 60 days past due (not paid on in two months) is due to be pulled. We are more than willing to help work with people, but we can only do that when someone ask us to.
