  Don't waste your money, they go through a 3rd party to cash checks. They charge you 33 dollars to cash a check, or place it on a 7 day hold with a smaller fee. And yes, that's even with a checking account through them. The tellers are nice, but doesn't make up for the scam. Trust me, go to a REAL bank.

  If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. They are the worst bank in the history of banks... Every time you turn around you hey random fees, if you ever have to overdraft on a weekend, no matter if you have 1 charge or 200 charges, you get an overdraft charge for every single charge you done over that weekend, even if you only overdraft by 1 dollar. I had to let my account close because I couldn't afford to pay the overdraft off. I go in last Friday to pay it off and get my account started back up, they told me it was $118 and some change. I put down 135 And they fixed it up. I had a balance of $16 and change, they set up my new card and said it would be active on Monday after 2. Fast forward to Monday. I try to use my card to put gas in my car, it declined. Ok I figured it hasn't been activated yet. Give it more time. Fast forward to today, 2 days later, and I try to use my card again. They say that it was declined because I was over the limit. I was livid. I called them and they told me that I was negative $1 and change. I said how is that, Monday I had 16 i have not used my card at all. She said no ma'am its showing that you had a negative balance of negative 128(and change) and you deposited 135, and that leaves you a negative of 1 dollar and change.

  The worst banking experience ever. I’m switching to a real bank, one that actually has professionals that enjoy their jobs. And don’t even get me started on their crossville location manager, Marissa. Extremely rude. I’d give a zero if I could just based on the manager alone. So yeah, I’m off to find a better banking experience!

  I've been using this bank for four plus years with no issues. The people are always friendly and very helpful.

  I've been banking there for several years now.Hours are very convenient and I like the savings round up.

  Very bad business dealing. People not friendly nor make you feel welcome. My advice is do not open an account with this institution.
