  Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a lender. If you are looking for reliability, honesty and integrity this is not the bank for you... Run... They advised me not to lock in my rate after requesting it to be via phone. I was ensured that I was good to go and had nothing to worry about... 1 week later after paying out of pocket $1000 for an appraisal that the rates changed and that it would be an extra 1% from what we agreed upon on 2/25!!??? There was not a care in the world,,, i have now been misled and I'm being asked to pay 15k more a year on interest.. 1st time home buyers beware, do not trust them!!

  Have held eight mortgages over the years with some great banks, but FSB is by far the best to date. Great advisor and support team. Looking forward to along-term relationship with this Bank.

  Connor Johnson was my contact throughout the processing of my refinance. He went above and beyond my expectations. He never failed to return a phone call or, for that matter, answered most of the calls immediately. He was very knowledgeable and had genuine concern for me during the process. I had been doing business with another lender and was very dissatisfied. I was so pleased with him and his professional and caring way. I would recommend him and The Federal Savings Bank to anyone.

  My experience is superb. Helps me to process my refinancing from start to finish in a very timely manner. Not even two months my refinancing is approved and done. Skipped two mortgage payments and huge helps me navigate my financial problems during COVID 19 pandemic. Don't wait!

  Quite simply the best refinance I have experienced, and I have done several. I would highly recommend Justin Hazard at The Federal Savings Bank. That is, if you like your questions answered quickly every time. I called another lender, and went through an initial inquiry, rates, timeframes, etc. Then spoke to Justin. When the first lender finally did a follow up call to see if we could proceed, we were CLOSING the loan with FSB! I made the right choice.

  Go see Adam Cottrill if you're looking for refinance help. He was awesome. Completely seamless transaction from start to finish! Only took about 3 weeks to get everything done as well. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Thanks, Adam!

  Very satisfied with my experience. I highly recommend using The Federal Savings. On point in keeping their word. My loan officer and banker did an excellent job. Always returned my calls in a timely manner. Ryan Howe and Elizabeth Walton are the best.

  I worked with Alan Mathoslah and had the best mortgage experience I could have asked for. He was extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain everything I lacked to understand as being a first time home buyer. He was willing to make international calls with me while I was deployed out of the country and we closed on time.
