  Northpoint Asset Management had great reviews and told me they could manage properties in both Columbus and Dayton, OH so I hired them. They ended up unable to manage properties in Dayton, OH so I found another PM to take those over. Months later they continued to take money from my account for managing the Dayton properties including 1 property I don't own. I've been requesting they fix this issue for 3 months now which they haven't done and they continued to charge me. I needed a property turned in Columbus and after being told work would be completed that week and it not even being started over multiple weeks, I told the PM (Kurt) I wasn't ok with the lack of progress and wanted to know what was going on. He said they were having problems with the contractors. I told him that after the lack of work being completed for the last 3 months, I wasn't going to sit around and wait for them to fix this issue and fired them. He told me they would straighten out the issue on the financial side that has lingered for 3 months. 3 weeks later they still owe me over $600 and aren't responding now. I don't know how they have any good reviews but STAY AWAY from this place.

  I applied for an apartment on 6/17/21 and still don't know the status. I called and texted Kurt a couple of times for updates with him responding tht he'll call back but no response. He responded quickly when I looked at the place and for me to complete the application. Called the office and spoke with a lady there that reached out to him and he responded to her that he was available and to call him. No thank you. I was done at this point.

  We met our property manager, Kat today for the first time. Her expertise in both the real estate and property management fields is quite extensive. We had scheduled a water heater installation for later in the day. The leak that we noticed near our water heater appeared to be of a need to replace the unit. Kate’s home inspection background demonstrated that the puddle on the floor was from a leak in a nearby PCs pipe. I cancelled the installation of the water heater. Used some plumbers putty on the pipe and the leak was resolved! Her suggestion saved us $1600.00 for both a water heater purchase plus installation charges. Quite impressive Kat!

  My name is Angie Jacobs not sure why this is showing under my sons name? Anyway...Kat Rosas is amazing. She is very responsive, accommodating, friendly, and helpful! She helped me and my family make a not so great situation into something wonderful. She’s gone above and beyond to make sure both her owners and her tenants are happy!! Can’t say enough good about her❤️

  Kat Rosas at Northpointe is by far the most qualified and reliable property manager I’ve ever encountered, I didn’t even realize how much it actually matters to have a good, caring property manager but it can make the world of difference. I had a really scary experience with a past landlord; they had moved in a man that was addicted to drugs and alcohol into the shared home where myself and another women lived. It was a problem from the very first night where he made a very unwanted pass and from then on wouldn’t leave me alone and his behavior only got worse. I won’t mention the company in this review, but that particular company would not help me at all, in fact they started threatening to sue me if I would leave when I expressed repeatedly how unsafe I was in my home because of a man they moved in without proper vetting. So this is where Kat Rosas comes in, I viewed an apartment she manages and fell in love and the other women living in the shared home and myself moved in. Kat has helped us every step along the way, from encouraging us that we were doing that right thing in standing up for ourselves to allowing us to ask her Mortage broker questions about certain policies and point us in a direction to help resolve our situation safely. All this help was before we even signed the lease or paid the deposit but Kat was there to help and it really made me know I can trust her as a property manager and that is something that I now know is a must! Then comes the trouble within the apartment, the women whom I had lived with prior in the shared home ended up putting herself in very unsafe situations and therefore putting me in those situations within the home. It came down to me having the leave the apartment because it got so bad. And once again Kat made it as simple of a process as it could be. The women ended up finding a sublease for the apartment and because of the care we put into the apartment we ended up getting our entire security deposit back and the women who currently live there are blessed to have the amazing apartment and Kats support. long story short be cautious of who you live with but always use Kat Rosas as your property manager. I don’t know if I’ll ever rent outside of this company while I am in the city. Thanks for reading and be careful!

  I would recommend Kat Rosas to anyone who is looking for anything from a rental to a home to purchase. She has helped me through my journey these past 2 years, and from me getting pregnant and needing to halt my journey, and now that I'm looking for a rental until I can be put through for my home loan. I'm not done yet, but she's been great through this whole thing. She's introduced me to someone who didn't turn me away because of my credit, and instead helped me get things straight so she can help me find my forever home. Thank you so much Kat!

  Kat is the best!!!!!! She has made my experience with North point perfect. I don't know how she could do her job any better. Love Kat. She has got to be one of the best out there. Everything that needs done gets done. She's amazing ❤️

  My experience with Kat Rosas in the case of the selling of my father’s home has allowed me to observe the following which may be applied to any client: She is a very skilled realtor who has an exceptional ability to identify accurately a seller's interests and concerns, and to collaborate the best strategy for selling a property, with the give-and-take, flexible attitude to work in a team spirit with the seller. She also is highly adept at attuning herself to the preferences and dreams of potential buyers with the goal of wanting to work out a win-win situation for both the buyer and seller. She has a natural talent for selling—she can put forward the best persuasive argument for the value of a property tailored to each potential buyer’s values and priorities. Unlike the other realtors we had used before Kat, Kat was very proactive in working to get our property sold. She went above and beyond with us, and we are pleased that she was able to do what other realtors could not.

  Wish I could give more stars for Kat Rosas. When looking for a place to move and fast, she was so quick to help my family. She is easy going and takes pride in what she does. We truly are a big family to her. Any problems/ concerns Kat addresses them quickly. I highly highly recommend Kat Rosas!!!
