  The total process was fantastic! David Arocho and Vicki were both awesome in their knowledge and communication with my husband and myself. Both were very prompt and extremely helpful every single time we has a question, no matter what time or day we asked. They were always there for us.   David is much more than a banker. We were moving from Maryland to Columbus, and weren't sure how to sell and buy quickly. He worked off hours and weekends to make sure we had the financial backing to purchase the home we wanted very quickly.
