  I'm a Realtor and I love to partner up with lenders that make my job easy. I know that if I send Family Mortgage a buyer, I don't have to worry about a thing. They are professional and know how to get the deal closed on time. In fact, out of all the lenders that I work with, I purchased my home with Family Mortgage. Why?   Scott and his team took a complex deal and made it appear routine. Since the new regulations went into effect not all companies and organizations have closed deals under them. The Family Mortgage team held the hand of the title company and was very specific and diligent about what needed to be done and how things were to be worded. I think they did more than they communicated but my closing occurred on-time with no issues and in a different state. Thank you once again Scott and Team!
