  I came at a busy time but the environment was still friendly. The line was kind of lengthy but the tellers got everyone taken care of quickly. I was in need of a replacement card for having fraud on my account and Naomi made me feel at ease about the situation and she was extremely helpful.

  The bank you choose is a very personal decision. In a time of uncertainty and chaos it's nice to have consistency and professionalism at my local branch. I'm always greeted with smiling faces and great customer service. Thank you, Israel and the whole team!

  I had to open my first bank account in GA and was not sure which bank to choose. I choose BOA as it is very close to my house. After reading all the reviews I wasn't sure if I should go there but I was happy I did so. The customer service rep at this location were very nice and polite. As I was new to the whole banking and credit card thing, I had so many questions which were answered patiently. Post opening the account I contacted the rep once and my issue was taken care of. Also the branch manager Mr George is very politely and friendly, and will answer your queries. Thank you for your good Service . Note : I do agree with other reviewers about the wait time here, and the bank being under staff. But you get hold of the rep then the service is good.

  I had a great experience at this Bank of America! I was very impressed on how Israel treats everyone with dignity and I can even see her smile through her mask! I was never type of person to believe in credit cards, but her explanation made me change my mind, I just recently opened a card here, thanks!

  I have banked with Bank of America since 1990. I have had the pleasure of meeting Julia Ducre at 2693 Powder Springs Road SW, Marietta, GA. She was a Loan Officer at the time. She later moved to Bank Manager at 3030 Windy Hill Road. Julia always has a positive attitude, and she always greets you with a beautiful smile. She is always very professional, and she is very accommodating and knows her job very well. I refinanced my mortgage in 2016 and locked in a good rate. The process was exceptionally smooth and quick. I love everything about Bank of America and would recommend it to my Family and Friends. The Staff is great. Specifically, Julia Ducre! She always makes sure everyone is taken care of. She has a passion for her job, and it shows.

  I always get the best experience when visiting this bank location! Their customer service is excellent and I always feel welcomed. I pass two branches to come to this location! Also they are always very professional & helpful! Keep up the amazing work!

  I really appreciated all the care, attention and disposition that Mrs.Luciene had with me. I love this agency and I was always very well attended by everyone, especially by Luciene on my last visit. This Bank of America agency really is to be congratulated for its incredible employees.

  I almost didn’t come into this location based on the reviews but when I realized all BOA locations had low ratings I just took the chance and I’m glad I did. Majority of these reviews are super old because when I went in today, everyone looked happy and eager to help. I was having issues with my account and a woman named Amber helped me with everything I needed. She was extremely patient and so kind even though I was irate because of what was happening in my account. She got everything sorted out quickly and efficiently and explained things so that I understood why it happened. I left the bank feeling relieved that everything was back the way it should be. This will def be my go to location.

  If I could give a 0 I would. Besides being understaffed, with only 1 teller on the line. I waited for 10 minutes in line for them to tell me that even though I have had a relationship with the bank for more than 15 years... they will not cash my check because I do not have a checking account. They are willing to do anything to open accounts.... They should be ashamed for holding people's money hostage. Not only will I not open any accounts I will removed the money I do have have and take it elsewhere. You aren't going to collect interest on my money and then not want to give it to me when I ask for it.

  Great experience. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. After looking at the reviews I considered going elsewhere but glad I came. Naomi was my teller and she is so kind and professional.
