  We must say, Matt Neumeyer and the Premier Reverse Mortgage team know their business. After shopping for other lenders, including AAG, we settled on Matt. He was professional and personally guided us through every step. Other lenders were less informative and slow to fund.   LOOK nowhere else !!! Premier Reverse is an outstanding company. First, the rates were not only competitive, but he even offered an extra credit not offered by other companies, resulting in a greater payout to us. Secondly, Matt is EXTREMELY responsive. He sent documents right away; he answered questions right away; he kept us fully advised throughout the process. His personal service on every aspect of the process was truly OUTSTANDING.   Condominium unit owners wanting a federally-insured reverse mortgage (HECM) need to jump through an additional hoop before they start dealing with getting the loan – they need to get HUD/FHA approval for the entire condo project comprising their unit. For unit owners in large complexes, this may pose a challenge if the project’s board of directors is unwilling to participate in the approval process. For owners in two-unit projects, for which HOAs are often administrated somewhat informally, the challenge may be assembling the voluminous paperwork to document all the matters required for HUD/FHA approval. When I sought a HECM for my condo in a two-unit building, Premier Reverse Mortgage and Matt Neumeyer walked me through this every step of the way – for no charge. Where formal documentation didn’t exist, Matt advised on how to mine the necessary data from HOA records to prepare the required paperwork (I am the HOA manager). I sent everything to Matt, who packaged it and shipped to off to HUD/FHA – and handled any questions that came up. To be honest, the condo approval process -- necessary to get the HECM -- cannot be described as painless and without hassle, but Matt made it as easy as possible.

  My mother is 80+ and on a fixed income. My stepfather died in 2006, leaving my mother with 1/2 the income she’d lived with since retiring in 1999. Family helped with expenses but we found it too difficult to maintain our homes and hers and my mother did not want to move in with any of her children. Since my mother’s home was paid off and had appreciated significantly, a Reverse mortgage was the best option for her and us. We contacted several companies to get information so that we could make the best decision and choose the best company. After many weeks of searching and hard sale techniques, I checked online for local reputable Reverse Mortgage firms and discovered Premier Mortgage. A gem! Matt is the president of the company and is personally involved in the entire process from start to finish. He worked with my mother and me and explained what to expect, from appraisals through closing and even after closing. He explained how my mother would begin receiving a lot of official looking junk mail and to ignore it. He also explained that her loan would be sold and what to expect when that happened. No surprises! And over a month after the closing when we called Matt with a frantic question, he unhesitatingly spent time with us addressing our concerns. My mother is very pleased. She received a lump sum at closing and now receives monthly income for the rest of her life! I wholeheartedly recommend Premier and Matt.
