  What can I say about Brandon and Patrick? For starters they're the best! Knowledgeable, professional, and all around great guys. If that wasn't enough, he was able to get my loan closed in less than 4 weeks! There's more - he also took the time to notice that I was paying too much for my homeowners insurance, and after shopping around I was able to save $50 a month on my total mortgage payment! If you're looking to buy a home or refi give the Equity Exchange a call!

  Brandon helped get me the lowest possible rate on a 15 year refinance. No other brokerage shop came close to the rate the Equity Exchange did. The transfer of information was very smooth as well. I uploaded all of my documents to their portal and signed everything via electronic signatures.
