  5 star experience. i worked with Jason who was prompt, super quick, understood my needs and responded professionally. He was engaged right from day 1 till end and ensured everything is taken care of smoothly. Having the flexibility to do digital signatures and online document repository helps busy people like me.   Before working with SD Capital we were dealing with another mortgage company and the difference in experience was like day and night.   We worked with Derrek Thomas on our most recent home purchase and he was absolutely awesome! He was extremely responsive at all hours and very knowledgeable about the process of home buying. This mortgage and approval process can be confusing and frustrating, but Derrek is able to eliminate those stresses. I have worked with other lenders in the past and Derrek is the best int he business. Would HIGHLY recommend using him and will use him in the future!

  Samir and his team at SD have been super good in salvaging our loan situation. Initially, we approoached Wells Fargo for our home loan which they completely messed up and mishandled. We were only communicated by WF two days before closing that they won't agree on the initial terms. I spoke to Samir and he was able to turn around things within a week!. We are really greatful for Samir and SD Capital for understanding our situation and turning things around so quickly.
