  I recently used East Coast Mortgage to refinance my home- I initially spoke with John who was honest, transparent and a pleasure to work with. I actually ended a process I’d started through loan depot because of John’s integrity and candor. The rate difference was under $10, but the honesty swayed me- especially in these times of rising interest rates, economic uncertainty and some questionable ethics by businesses who will say whatever it takes to get your business. John and Brian were different in a very positive way. They both promptly returned calls, did whatever it took at any hour to fulfill a commitment. It’s rare these days to find ethical businesses, incredible and consistent customer service and generally altogether pleasant people with whom to do business! I highly recommend John and Brian!   Not only did I use East Coast Mortgage for my original loan in 2018, I just refinanced with them as well. Trevor Maguire is a pleasure to work with. He proactively contacted me about the re-fi due to interest rates dropping during COVID-19. He quickly and efficiently got everything approved and paperwork completed, getting me a much lower rate. Trevor and the team at East Coast look out for their clients and consistently deliver excellent customer service.

  I recently looked into refinancing my townhome to determine whether or not I could obtain a lower interest rate. I worked with both Brian and John in exploring all of the options I had, and evaluating whether or not it would be financially beneficial. We ultimately ended up determining that the cost would outweigh the benefit, but both Brian and John were extremely patient and generous with their time through the entire process, I was thoroughly impressed by their customer service and willingness to explain every detail! I will continue to go to them with any and all of my mortgage needs, and recommend the same to anyone looking to purchase or refinance!

  We bought our house in August 2016 through East Coast, and everything went great. We closed on time, and had the best rates in all of Charlotte. Brian was very easy to work with. His direct and to the point communication instilled confidence. I would definitely recommend that any home purchasers contact East Coast before anyone else.

  John and Brian helped to service my mortgage when I bought my first house. I called a few other servicers to see if their rates were more competitive.
