  Just closed on our home and thanks to Dave Brown and his team (thanks Monica) we were able to complete all the paperwork worry free. We have not purchased a home in 20 years and with everything so competitive we weren't to positive we would qualify in todays market. Dave took the time to hear my concerns and even ensured I would be able to use my VA benefits. Dave and Monica work well together the communication was easy, even if I had a minor question they were responding. Dave sends videos of what each step entails. Plus Dave took the time to list all the loan options. I would use this team again and would recommend to friends and family. Great experience. Still cant believe we got the home we wanted, Thanks Dave

  Dave Brown Team treated my loan process like I was his only customer. He treated me just like his company name, "First Class." His team kept in constant contact with me throughout the whole loan process. They were honest, responsive, and well-informed on every question or concern I presented to them. The difference between First Class Lending and Loan Depot was like night and day. Loan Depot, you became a number with Dave's Team; you became a customer that they wanted to make sure was kept happy. No surprise endings. In the past, I have had several last-minute surprises just before you close your loan by other lenders that have cost me thousands of dollars.   Dave Brown is man of few words!! He is always available- I guess any time, so prompt to respond to emails and messages. I loved it for service he provided. Greatest quality in job - He and his team 100%. I would love to use him again and suggest if needed for any one to approach him for loan start to close he does as promised and for suggestions.

  Dave and his team come thru again. Used First Class for my initial home purchase. Completely happy. Along comes Covid and historic low int rates. Dave calls to inform me about a refi and it's time to take advantage. Just updated docs needed and now I'm at a fantastic int rate. For a knowledgeable staff and simple process look no further than Dave and First Class Lending.
