  Doug was such a pleasure to work with! He also has an outstanding team and they were all extremely responsive and friendly. Doug has a ton of experience and it shows. His knowledge of the mortgage industry is very deep so I feel confident he did everything he could to get the best rates for me. He also helped me explore and understand various types of products and financing options so I could make the best decision for my situation. Beyond getting a great rate and the right financing options, Doug did everything he could to make the process as smooth and quick as possible. No home buying process is without its bumps, and he went above and beyond and put me at ease. On top of all of that, Doug’s fees were fair. I’d work with him again and highly recommend him.

  Doug and his team are nothing short of amazing! This is my second time working with Doug (first was the purchase of my home). I had a very difficult refi because my income is so complicated, and Doug did what he does and got it through. With something as frustrating as a refi, especially mine, it is so important to have a team that is really on top of everything and fast and friendly. All i can say is Doug saved my life. There's no way that anyone else could compete with Doug. He's in a league of his own.

  Doug helped us refinance our home. He worked very hard for us and he was extremely helpful. Doug and his team kept us informed every step of the way. He communicated with me almost daily and always kept us on track. He was honest and professional throughout the process. He explained everything to us throughout the process and made sure we had all our documents in and on time. Doug pushed to get our refinance done in less than a month, and he did even working through the Thanksgiving holiday. There is no quit in Doug. He called us during Thanksgiving to let us know where we were in the process and then again the following day to congratulate us. He made the entire process less stressful and hectic by communicating with us. We appreciate everything he did for our family. I would highly recommend Doug to anyone who is looking to refinance or purchase a home.

  I just closed escrow on my first home and Doug was with me every step of the way. He had been recommended by a friend whose opinion I hold in high regard. From the very first phone call, I could tell I was in good hands, and he was awesome throughout the entire loan process. I can't imagine working with anyone more on top of it than he was. He is incredibly knowledgeable, always responded immediately, and has a solid team working with him. You won't find a better mortgage broker than Doug.

  I recently completed a home refinance with Doug Davis and Alpine Mortgage and all I can say is THANK YOU! My wife and I had been attempting to refinance for a few years now, but didn't qualify for the government programs and had been unable to find anyone able to help. A friend referred us to Doug and had nothing but wonderful things to say about their experiences so we decided to give him a call. Doug was able to find some creative ways to get us refinanced and in the process, we are now saving over $1,300/month. And this is no sneaky interest only re-fi, we are paying plenty of principal a month and still savings a ton. Working with Doug through the entire refinance was great. Doug is very personable and easy going. At the same time, he also worked very hard to speed me through the loan process. He stayed in contact almost daily with updates and explanations of what was going on, what was needed from me, and what our next steps would be. Doug Davis and his staff (especially Ismael Bastida) were always there when I called, texted or emailed. It literally felt like I was their sole client.   I highly recommend Doug Davis of Alpine Mortgage to anyone seeking a mortgage loan. As a retiree, I had some special needs and challenges. Doug took time to understand my needs and worked very hard to find the right loan product for me. He was upfront about the stringent documentation requirement in underwriting today's mortgage loans. Doug and his assistant guided me step by step through the entire process which helped to produce successful result. Doug was very easy to work with and was a calming influence on me. Doug is a true professional who knows the business and can be trusted to work very hard to help anyone with mortgage needs. He certainly did that for me!

  Doug has a lot of experience and found the best rates and mortgage for me. I was purchasing the property as a first time homeowner and also as a single woman and Doug made me feel like he was for me the entire time. I went to Doug after I fired another broker who said, "these are all boring numbers, you don't need to know all the details!" Doug, on the other hand, spent 90 minutes on the phone the first time talking me through everything. We ended up dealing with a seller's broker from hell who wanted to control the entire process. Despite that, Doug remained calm and professional and had all the right answers for me. I also had him fill out an excel spreadsheet for me which he did without complaints! I have a very busy job and not available easily but Doug and team made sure I got them all the paperwork that they needed by constantly nudging me and keeping me apprised. We had to get an extension on escrow (seller's agent from hell!) and Doug paid for the loan lock extension and contributed to closing costs to make sure the deal didn't fall through. In the end, Doug and his team made sure the loan was funded in less than 2 weeks! It was amazing to see their attention to detail, professionalism and integrity. The whole process from start to finish to include the closing went smoothly and without any issues despite many complications! His professionalism and staff made buying this house painless and a great stress less process. Thank you Doug!
