  If you're going for your brokers license, I would look elsewhere. Outdated material. I shifted gears, and passed. The company I used had far more questions and new questions which are on the actual exam. I let DG know, they offered a free webinar. I obliged. The instructor was reading the book verbatim, and was distracted by questions, learned practically nothing I didn't already know!

  My late brother-in-law advised me to take Duane Gomer's real estate courses to become an agent. The courses were easy to follow and helped me pass my real estate exam on the first try. The crash course really helped prepare me and I appreciate Duane and his staff. They have great communication and I am so grateful for everything.

  I decided to take the Broker's exam and chose Duane Gomer's online study program (and 1 live review class online). REALLY GREAT material, flashcards, glossary of terms and various simulated exams. I studied studied & studied..........and I PASSED on the first try. Thank you Duane Gomer!!!

  Excellent experience with Duane Gomer Inc. First in 2002, I completed their weekend crash course to help me prep for my CA DRE state exam and passed on my first try! I worked in RE until 2010. Now I am back to get my license again and I had the pleasure of speaking with Christie. She was amazing! She went above and beyond and explained my next steps for the application on the CA DRE website. Of course, I signed up for the Duane Gomer crash course prep because I know it's value.   I have been using the Duane Gomer classes to pass agent exams for three decades. I just took and passed (first time) the brokers test two days ago. The test was hard and it should be. I put in a lot of hours to prepare for the test with Duane Gomer’s material. One thing for sure I would not have passed the test without Duane Gomer’s material. I am also grateful to the extremely helpful staff at Duane Gomer.

  I'm a true believer of studying for exams even though am not very good exam taker. Completing my 45 Hour CE for my Salesperson's license using Duane Gomer's Live 3 Hour Live Optional Review helped me in passing my 8 courses easily. Now my license is valid for another 4 years. I would say, see you after 4 years Duane Gomer. Thank you.

  I purchased the course from Duane Gomer Seminars for my Real Estate Broker Exam. I took their crash courses in 2016 and 2017. On my first exam I failed the exam by 1 point (74 points - passing grade 75 points). After the exam I remember some of the questions and I noted these questions to my book. When I checked the questions between my study book and the online exams that they provided multiple answers conflicted each other. Their online course and their book that I was studying has two different answers to the same question. When I reached out to Duane Gomer, he stated that the 2016 book had mistakes and they fixed that in 2017. I tried to explain to him that no one from his office ever informed me about their faulty 2016 study materials and since these books were identical I kept using my 2016 book. Their 2017 book also does not have any statements about their corrections to these issues. Also his company still posts the wrong answers (2016 tests) in their website too. I took pictures of these same questions in different location and their conflicting answers between two tests. Duane Gomer never informed their clients about these mistakes and in my case I had to take the exam due to their faulty study materials. I had to stay at a hotel since I was 125 miles away from the closest testing facility and I had to drive back and forth extra time for this second exam. Also for two more weeks I had to study for the second exam due to their deficient and faulty study materials. I would strongly recommend that before you register think twice so you wont be in my situation. Wasted hundreds of dollars and 2 weeks of my life.
