  Just finished up my third mortgage exercise with the Colorado Mortgage Team (one new purchase and two refis!) and I couldn't be happier. They consistently find me the best offers for my situation, and the paperwork throughout the process and the close is as smooth and painless as it can be. I highly recommend.

  Their team is great.. . You can always get in contact with someone if you have a question and they will explain everything straight forward and easy to understand... they will do whatever is in your best interest and they are part of the Home for Heros program so any first responder I would highly recommend this team to anyone who is buying or refinancing a place..

  The Colorado Mortgage Team has the best business practices in the industry! I have utilized Clinton and his team for several purchases over the past years and would highly recommend them. Clinton has been not only an incredible business man, but also a person who truly looks out for his client's best interest. I have gone to him many a time with questions when I was not even in the middle of financing a home and he has offered me valuable insights. My most recent purchase of our home threw every curve ball there is our way, and Clinton worked hard to ensure we closed on time and with the best deal out there.   7 years ago when I did my original mortgage, I did not think the rate would drop 1 point. It did, so I called Colorado Mortgage Team. They got me a 1 point lower interest rate on a 30 year fixed loan. The entire loan process started on February 2nd and finalized on February 24th after going through all the steps. It was easy to upload all our information, they checked it, went over numbers, and we went over numbers again when we had a notary come to our house and sign. The number quoted at the start where the same as the number we signed on and they went over it with us twice to make sure we where award of what all the numbers where. We did not take money back, but skipped a mortgage payment and a half, got some money back from taxes, and because they over estimated up front (which is common standard practice) got a little money back. Our payments are about 250 less a month because of a lower interest rate. There where no hiccups on our path. Every time I had a question, they called back within an hour at the most. This process was a lot easier than the first time I signed with another mortgage broker 7 years ago. I would highly recommend this team. Because of referrals of happy clients, I know they are a quality organization. I’m a pretty picky, detailed oriented person and I apricate how organized they were. Roger Williams

  The team was incredibly professional and I am not sure if they sleep or take breaks -- somebody was always there when I needed them. On a holiday weekend they went the extra mile at odd-hours to make sure that I secured the contract to buy my first home. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work with them and will continue to recommend them to any friends in need of a lender.

  The Colorado Mortgage Team did a great job of demystifying the mortgage process for a first time home buyer like myself. I was oftentimes on the phone with them after traditional office hours just so they could explain next steps and put my worries at ease. Chad used a super handy online visual aid that I had access to 24/7 and he would update the numbers per my request so I always had a clear picture of the financials. Not only that, but he kept his promises that the estimates were intentionally high - my closing costs came in over a thousand dollars under his estimates and that was a really wonderful surprise. Denise was super responsive to my concerns and did everything except hold my hand through the process of checking the boxes to get my to close. The team also holds themselves to a high professional standard. Due to no fault of the team, I ended up closing a single day later than was initially thought and I received a personal phone call apologizing to me for the mistake (which was of course a very minor inconvenience.) I would highly recommend the Colorado Mortgage Team to anyone looking for a new home.

  Best experience I have ever had working with a group of people. The main 2 helping me out, Clint Jordan (owner of cross fit bonnie and clyde) and Chad went above and beyond to audit assist me every step if the way. I'm in the military going to the field a lot, they were available for anyone I need no matter the tone of night. I never thought I would own my home with three credit score I had but he I am in my new home thanks to the Colorado mortgage team

  Accountable. Professional. Quality. After starting out in the business as a buyer broker, I quickly realized not all lenders are created equal. Some watch deadlines to have the loan done on time. Some put in a little extra work to ensure buyers are actually qualified. Some know enough about loan compliance. Some can find loan solutions when Plan A falls apart. Very very few can be counted on to deliver in all of these areas. The Colorado Mortgage Team is outstanding. I can't say enough. They have a team to support many needs, yet they work together very closely so nothing is missed. I have recommended them to family, and I would use them myself the next time I need a loan.
