  I was referred to ILA by my mortgage broker and couldn't be more pleased. Our goal was to get two negative marks on my credit report removed so that my credit rate would increase and get a lower interest rate for my mortgage. I worked with Justin at ILA and he was fantastic! He explained the program in great detail and I even got an email about everything we discussed. Justin was extremely responsive. I would have a question and send an email and he would respond with either an email or call within minutes! The process was super easy too; ILA did everything for you! I'm happy to report that after having just one negative reporting removed from my credit score it increased beyond my expectations. I would recommend this company to anyone!

  Yeah started out great however, you can never get through to them. They always have a high volume of calls. They won't dispute everything at once so they can continue charging the monthly fee. Probably a better Co. to use out there. I can't believe I didn't even get a response from the owner. I gave you guys 5 stars at the beginning. Now not even a reply. C'mon Connor was great. Now not even a reply. At the end they were even falsely claiming to report stuff and after I checked with the Trans Union they lied to me. Is there any legit credit repair Co. out there. My review is now a 1 out of Five.

  I would like to to a moment to thank the the team at Integrated Loan Assistance for helping to improve my credit scores and improving my personal credit worthiness. From Micaela who signed me up and introduced me to their process to Mitch who has who has always been there to Caleb who just today took the time to review the progress as we stand today. I would recommend this very valuable team to anybody today. In what seems a few short months they have cleared over 50 percent of items that were incorrect in my reports .   I have been using Integrated Loan Assistance for my clients for a year now and I can't explained how awesome they have been in this short review. My point of contact is Caleb Valadez and he has been the absolute best. He updates me on my clients regularly. We collaborate our ideas to better the process with more successful outcomes. I would definitely recommend Caleb and this company to anyone who refers clients for credit repair.

  I used Integrated Loan Assistance to help repair my credit, at the advice of my mortgage broker. They were helpful in raising my credit, by disputing files on my credit report, which is something that helped overall. My concern, and the reason why I can no longer recommend them is this; I cancelled service on April 30, in the morning, my bill date is the 26th of every month ($99 per month for well over a year) which left 3 days in the new billing cycle, to which they charged me $26. Their excuse was that it was federal law that they bill an entire week, in arrears, which of course is not true. I’ve recommended them twice before, paid over $1000 for them to send a half dozen mails per month, and at the end they gouged me for $26, it just doesn’t sit right with me and I cannot justify recommending anyone to them as a result. I hope it was worth the lost referrals and all the negative reviews I’ll be leaving today.

  Such a great company and helped me get my credit score up in a matter of a few months! Each advisor I dealt with handled my questions with care; their instructions were simple, their communications were clear, and they exceeded my expectations. There were no smoke and mirrors, they said what they would do, and the did what they said. I would highly recommend this great company for anyone looking to increase their chances of getting the loan they need.

  So I went with this company with a very high recommendation from my mortgage loan officer. I paid the fee of like $30 and gave them a 1 month try. I don’t really believe in these people because I’ve tried a few in the past and it was always hundreds of dollars down the drain, But I said f it why not. I paid the start up fee and a few days later I got an email listing all the items they are disputing. Cool, the process has begun. About 3 weeks in I decided to check my Equifax dispute page to see if the dispute had been completed. To my surprise there was no new disputes. The last dispute was one made by the previous company I used in the past. So I said this can’t be right. So I decided to call Equifax and It took a few days to get through but once I did they did confirm I had no open disputes under my SSN. I called Experian and they said the same thing. At this point it was a month in and I had just been charged for my first month of service. I called to cancel, I explained to them why and did not request a refund(which I should have) because I was the dummy. So after I cancel I get an email from Equifax saying there is now an open dispute under my account started on 4/16. Let me remind you I started my service on 3/13. I guess this is how they get you to stay longer than 1 month. The dispute was not mailed off according to Equifax until after 4/13. Which is After I was charged. I called to verify when the dispute was received and they said 4/16 and nothing was received prior. According Integrated Loan Assistance billing rules, you are billed for the past 30 days of work. They do not bill in advance, they bill in arrears. So the $99 I just paid was for nothing. No work was done until after my first $99 payment in which I have proof to show the credit companies did not receive any disputes until after 4/13. Now I have an open dispute for the next 30 days not the original 30 days I paid for. DON’T use this company!!! I appreciated LexingtonLaw so much more than them. Their system is not honest and they don’t start anything until after you have paid your first full month.

  Integrated Loan Assistance has helped repair my credit tremendously!! I would give 10 stars if I could...they are very helpful and always working hard!! The ILA team can take your credit from poor to good in a matter of months and they will be happy to help you!! Unlike other credit repair programs I have looked into...they take the cake. They always answer the phone and give you the information you need!! I feel like they are my credit angels!! Thanks again Integrated team!! I will continue to refer you to everyone I know!! Y'all keep up the great work!!

  This place is a total joke and scam. So I've been with the since March and now is July. The managed somehow to remove ONE old account that had no negative impact on my credit report. They told me they sent out 4 rounds of investigations to the Equifax, Transunion and Experian and I only got 1 response from them not 4 and when I called credit bureaus I've been told that there are no pending investigation. When I signed up with then they told me that I can cancel any time and I going get back prorated amount back if I cancel ib the middle of the billing cycle. But when I called them to cancel they said that there is going to be anothere 99.00 charge for the next month and started to threting me if I don't pay it they will put it into collections. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. 4 MONTHS WITH NO RESULTS. Oh almost forget to mention they will sign you up for the credit monitoring service and according to them you credit score will rice. But don't be surprised when your lender pulls out your credit report that score going to be the same with your old original score and all "deleted" acounts will be still there.

  This company has FRAUDULENTLY taken money from my account for 3 MONTHS following the termination of our services!!!!! 🤬 Be aware, our lender also indicated to us that this is a false way to raise credit. Lenders are aware of their approach to “repairing credit” and it actually creates more work to get their efforts removed from your credit report when trying to get approved for a loan.
