  Awesome service..very friendly and helpful. Hooked us up with a great deal on some tools we needed for the next day and although we didn't have quite the amount they were asking they honored an upcoming sale! Recommend to anyone! Will definitely come back!

  Great guys, Staff is always super helpful with gear, gadgets, and jewelry! Good environment, honest and my number one spot to buy tools, Electronics and GUNS!! Definitely recommended for anything and almost everything! Stop on in and check em out !!

  Staff was super friendly and helpful when I came in just to look around. One of the guys let me try out some knives. I see other people giving 1 star ratings saying they were discriminated against because of their race. That has nothing to do with it, it's the fact that the items they are bringing in were probably stolen.

  I've gone there twice with electronics first, then with jewelry and they wanted to buy it for a little bit of nothing. Gave them two chances to give me a fair deal and they tried to scam me both times. I took my business elsewhere and was treated better. Not going to give them a third chance and I recommend you don't give them the first if you're looking to sell anything.

  These guys really know their stuff when it comes to pretty much everything. This is probably the cleanest, most organized pawn shop I've ever been to. Great staff. Super friendly.

  I can't really say how well they match what you deserve but I'll say I'm very annoyed for driving a round trip of 40 minutes just to be turned away over a USB cable for a GoPro. It's the 3+ black and cost 450 new. Called ahead and was told to bring it in. I just wanted 50$ and was gonna buy it back in a week. Was fully charged and working so clearly could have been sold for 200 easy without the usb. I'm just pissed these guys couldn't take the time to understand all I wanted was 50$ . Your store will definitely not go far with those customer service skills, which is likely why I was the only customer there. Maybe next time tell the person over the phone what to bring. Or maybe I'm just dumb for not knowing a usb cable is required even with a full charge. Either way I won't be returning ever. Thanks for nothing. Mr Money here I come!

  I was looking for a Wii I had seen one on cragslist that was $45. I called them to see if the had it and they did. I asked them if they tested it and Dian had told me that they test them when they get them. When I got there they were more then happy to help me out. And she had just finished testing it again to make sure it worked for me. They don t have a return policy but she told me if I had any problems I could bring it back on Monday. Very friendly and even gave me a discount on the Wii and some other items I had purchased. Wow what great service I will go there again to buy more things and I would rec amend them.

  Don't buy jewlery here if you're looking to be treated with respect. They were extremely defensive, grumpy, and lacked basic customer service techniques when i told them there silver is reacting on my neck like steel (im allergic to steel not silver). They said even if my necklace was fake i can only store credit. Thats definitely a demonstration of bad service!

  This is absolutely the worst pawn shop I have ever tried to use in my life. They Will not take any tools, gas-powered equipment or anyting. And truthfully I think it's because of my race. This s*** would not happen if I was not a minority.
