  We recently refinanced our home mortgage with Equilane. The whole process from start to finish was easy, painless, and hassle free. Documents were supplied easily using an electronic system, the staff and owner checked in with us regularly with updates. Our closing was expedited because we were leaving town on a trip and we were able to do the closing in our own home with a notary. Amazing experience. I highly recommend Equilane Lending and Kyle Leonard.

  Highly recommend them. They are VERY knowledgeable, professional, and fast with the whole process. Kelly & Nicole were great to work with and always answer the phone when I called. Being a first time home buyer of course I have a billion questions right? Well they answered everything and explained it all so well. Definitely will use them again. I highly recommend them.

  We worked with Bob and simply could not be more pleased. We spent 4 months working with American Financing(AF)... and still had no closing date, nor had our agent responded to us in over three weeks! They were horrible! We contacted Bob after being recommended by friends. Bob educated us and helped us the whole way! Yes, we lost a little in the interest rates because they’d gone up, but we still saved in fees! I left several very poor reviews of AF, and they’ve called trying to keep our business! We will never use anyone but Bob from now on! Such a pleasurable experience with him and his excellent staff! What great and knowledgeable people! Highly recommend them! They are the best!

  We talked to other lenders who said we probably couldn’t get a better interest rate. I guess we weren’t worth their time. Equilane worked with us to find a great deal which will save us many thousands of dollars in interest over the life of our mortgage. So glad they were willing to work with us!

  We had a great experience getting our mortgage with Equilane. They helped us through the pre-approval process while we were searching for our home. Once we found the home we wanted, they made the process a breeze. We compared them to several other lenders and they were better than all of them.
