  Shout out to Xavier W. and team for helping us sell our old home and buy our new one. Xavier made extremely easy and convenient to do so. From cleaning and staging our old home to getting all our stuffed moved, Xavier did it all. We had our old home sold in 3 days and our new home offer accepted days before. ultimately making our move seamless. It really was an awesome experience.

  I am so thankful that I reached out to Xavier!!!! Prior to speaking with him I thought I was going to be setting up a 3 year plan to purchase my first starter home in the bay. After speaking to him not only did he tell me I’d be able to purchase something in the bay, but that I’d be able to do it before my lease was up (this October )!!!! Well he was right!! I am now a proud home owner and I work 5 minutes away from my condo. Setting out to purchase a home by myself was very intimidating but Xavier and his team made everything so easy and manageable. He answered all of my questions and I never felt pressured into anything. I am so thankful I reached out to him, he always had my best interest in mind and was very transparent about the process.   We just purchased our first house with Xavier's help and I can't recommend him enough! He walked us through the process so we never felt in the dark and always made himself available to answer any questions we had. He also worked very hard to help us find the perfect home, including spending entire weekends touring homes with us. At one point we decided we wanted to put in an offer on a house the morning that offers were due. Xavier and his team prioritized getting the offer ready prior to the noon deadline. Xavier has an excellent understanding of the real estate market in the south and east bay, which allowed us to put in fair and competitive offers and eventually land a wonderful home and good price.   As first time home buyers we were anxious, confused, and didn't know where to even begin. We thought we would never be able to afford in San Jose due to the high prices. Xavier came in, explained things step by step, and assured us that we could purchase in the city we wanted. We initially thought we would only qualify for loan to purchase a condo or townhome, but Xavier made sure we knew all our options and looked hard for single family homes for us within our price range. Xavier found us the perfect starter single family home in the city we wanted and within our price range! Working with Xavier and his team was a great experience throughout the whole purchasing process. Xavier made sure we knew what was next, what to expect, and gave us multiple loan options to choose from. He would make it easy to communicate and would answer all my questions quickly at any time. At the last minute, he was even able to get us a lower interest rate on our own, definitely lower than we thought possible.   Being first time home buyers, we were a little intimidated at first. Luckily, Xavier was there to help every step of the way.
