Inconvenient banking experience, scheduled appointments gets canceled within 10mins which is not stated on appointments, unprofessional and rude branch manager doesn't seem to care about customer experience and even criticize our frustration of the experience. Branch experience is inconsistent when I tried to walk in few months ago they mentioned I need an appointment but when I arrived to my appointment I was told walking customer took my slot, and branch manager is everyday differs what an experience. Platinum honors tier doesn't matter it just a tier name customer handling and experience is always the same. Never seen such experience with other banking institutions.

Definitely went from a 10 to a 0. Came to the bank today just for a signature garety stamp the " manager " gave me false information not knowing that 1 I have been coming to this bank for a long time doing the same thing every time. And 2 telling me that I needed an appointment just to get the stamp and that all banks of America do this which is also a lie. Real disappointed, not to mention the line that was not moving, the way the "manager" rudely spoke to the client asking why the line was taking so long and the way he spoke to me. DON'T COME TO THIS BANK IT NEEDS BETTER EMPLOYEES AND NEW A MANAGER

After four business days the money I deposited with a cashier check didn’t arrive, I want to know if there is a mistake. Actually, I am not rush to use the money nor angry when I asked. Unfortunately, A guy who is at front desk didn’t have any patience to listen to anything I said, and just let me to look at the receipt. This man is so rude and unqualified. Even though he claimed to be the manager, I couldn’t believe he is.

Update: BOA, please just fix the issue by sending more people back to office onsite! The managers of BOA branches still decide to put part of their staff to "work from home" while BOA customers lining up outside as if there's a new smartphone launched. This has been the problem for the past Two (!) years since the outbreak of pandemic.. Even DMV has shorter line than BOA these days.

I give four stars to the woman who helped me with my huge deposit. The two stars is going to the assistant manager by the name of Antonio. Professionalism and compassion takes you a long way in life. Antonio, do your job better.

I've been a BofA customer for 21 years. I've never had an issue with them, until now. My credit score is in the high 800's. I have 3 accounts with them and 1 main credit card. I've established a great relationship and was considered a valued customer (so they say). I always paid my credit card payment early, never overdraft once in 21 years. I went in on a Friday at 3:30pm and waited in line for an available teller. There was a line out the door and only 2 tellers on a Friday afternoon. As I approached the counter and requested a withdraw the young lady said she couldn't withdraw any funds from my account. I asked her why? She said, "I don't know, let me get someone else to assist you". They escorted me to sit and speak to a manager. The manager was a young male, and very fidgety. Needless to say, he had no clue how to help me, he kept opening and closing his file drawers looking for a number for me to call. I had lost my patience at this point because I had contractors at my home waiting to be paid, and a newborn baby to tend to. I couldn't be gone for long and I clearly made that clear to the manager. Also, we're in the middle of a global pandemic and the last place I want to be is in a bank surrounded by a bunch of strangers. An hour passed by and the young male manager called another women to assist me since he was clueless. I've seen this women before on my previous trips to the bank. I always remember her, because she is never friendly, never smiles, never greets anyone, and is very rude. I knew once she approached me, things were about to get ugly. She sat down across from me and looked at me with a blank stare. She didn't say anything to me, until I asked her what was going on with my accounts. She said, "I don't know, you need to call this number on your mobile app." The last thing a customer wants to hear is "I don't know", especially when you're dealing with a persons life savings. I called the number in front of her and the representative told me to call another number. At this point my head was spinning and it was close to 5:00pm! The number they happened to give me was unavailable due to their operating hours. The women told me to call that number on Monday because they didn't know what the issue was. I kept asking the women to help me, explained to her that I've never had an issue with BofA, always pay my credit card bill on time, and have been with them for 21 years. She gave me a nasty look and said, "There's nothing I can do, call the number we provided you." The worst part of it was, she told me I had to leave because her and her staff wanted to go home. Really? You don't tell your customer to leave, so you can go home. Hello lady, don't you understand the weekend is approaching, I have a newborn baby at home, contractors waiting to be paid, and more importantly we're in a global pandemic COVID-19!! I need access to my money, how am I supposed to survive? She is an uneducated, heartless monster to say the least. She hates her life, her job, and has no clue what customer service is. I ended up leaving at 5:00pm with tears in my eyes and rushed home to call their stupid number they provided only to be told they are closed and to wait until Monday. They wasted an 1-1/2 hours and kept me away from my newborn baby, while exposing me to possible COVID patients. Whether this is a glitch in their system or whatever their reasoning may be, they had no right to treat me the way they did. When you're holding onto 6 figures of someone's hard earned money, I suggest you should be nicer and empathetic versus a nasty heartless robot. This women needs to be fired for her unprofessionalism. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but she's in her late 50's, Caucasian, short, wears glasses with hair up to her shoulders. She's an evil women. This entire location unfortunately has a staff of uneducated people working there. They never have more than 2 tellers with a line out the door. If you ask them a question, they continuously give you the run around. Get it together and take a lesson on customer service.

WORST customer service! Spend all the money renovating the location but did not hire any additional staff which is so needed. 1:30pm on a Wednesday, two tellers. When I expressed by complaint to the Branch Manager, you could tell she has had complaints prior to mine, cause the excuses were all directed towards the Corporate Offices and she has no control over how many tellers she can have at her branch. Other people in line said they experience the same. I will never go to this branch again for my work. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! If I could give it a negative star I would.

Bank of america closes all branches except this one and they have two tellers. Line is always around the building. They use covid as an excuse. Horrible place to bank. Switching to wells Fargo immediately.
