  Have been with Merrimack since 2005, had one claim in 16 years, a burglary claim in 2009, no claims before and no claims since. Merrimack issued a claim check in a timely manner. My policy is always paid on time and I am very satisfied with Merrimack.

  The absolute worst company. They still operate like it’s 1980. Horrible website, impossible to do anything electronically

  Go ahead, set up auto pay from your bank account. Don’t worry about it when the policy comes up for renewal, it’s all set up. Right up until they change account numbers at renewal and do not credit the new policy. You’re away on business, and your insurance will lapse. Then of course, it’s so much easier to find insurance after you’ve been canceled for nonpayment. It’s almost like they know what they’re doing. Limiting exposure to risk.

  Andover is by far one the of the best insurance carriers in New England! Coverages like Guaranteed Replacement Cost, 100% Ordinance or Law Coverage, and Home Cyber Protection set them apart from the rest! The use of local independent adjusters for claims is another great benefit of being insured with Andover.

  I had a Manage on one of my Investment properties last year, Company Didn't pay for the Loses, I am filling a Complain with Finance department and Attorney General.

  Andover is our homeowners insurance and we have had a great experience with this company. We had our sewer line break (older home) and Andover “partners” with Harper Steam Boiler to help us out. Within 4 days of us reporting the incident to our insurance company, they sent us a reimbursement check. They also allowed us to use a company of our choice to do the repair. Very happy with how quickly they processed our claim. I wish they covered the preventative for the future but so glad at least the repair was covered!

  Merrimack is awful. Cancelled my policy claiming I'm not living in the home because we had contractors at the house doing work. Myself and wife were both home when the dude came unnanounced to take pictures! My wife even spoke to the guy
