  I went in a few days ago to look at and purchase some jewelry; I was greeted by a young man with a beard who was extremely helpful and professional. The layout of the store is simple enough that it isn't hard to find anything and there are a lot of Good items here. Overall I was happy with the customer service and the quality of the store. I've already recommended to friends.

  Horrible customer service..I bought a silver ring for $90 and i brought it in to pawn it to see how much I can get for it and they offered me $2. On top of that the employees treat you like crap. I wouldn't recommend this place at all to ANYONE! Don't waste your time going there. Also it's funny because outside of their business they have a sign saying "They pay the most than any other pawn shop" HaHa....What a lie! As I said before.. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...

  I have been going to this place for 9 years or so and within the last past couple of years they have changed the staff,the guy that used to work there with the beard light skin had excellent customer service loved coming every time but recently the people that they have working there and not all of them specifically one person in particular always looks like she hates being there from the minute she walks into the door but I went last week to see how much they would pond one of my rings for I wasn’t excited with the price so didn’t decide to pond it at that time went back 1 wk later the price dropped 30$ and the customer service was horrible I left it because I had no other choice but definitely getting both of my rings out sooner than planned and definitely not coming back any more

  Place should be called MAGA USA!! Me <Black early 20's guy> went to pawn my PS4 here and was offered $30! OBVIOUSLY I turned it down. Had my boy <white early 20's guy> try to pawn the SAME PS4 for me and was offered $60! Guess that's the white person discount.

  Hi Lazar - Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. We always appreciate feedback whether positive or negative. I was very stressed out hearing comments like these - our entire business model is based on judging items that are brought through our doors, not the people bringing them. So I went back through the tapes and transactions for the day in question and a couple of things don't add up. First off, I didn't have a pawn that day for a PS4 or any game system. More importantly, the price point you are quoting isn't one that we have offered. If you disagree with what we are offering for a game system that is a few years old at this point I can respect your opinion and quietly disagree. However, to say that we are racist is untrue and unfair.

  Don't ever go to this place they such a ripoff I took them a brand new dewalt drill set never been open with 2 drills and the hole set that I paid $230 for and they tried and play me like I'm a crack head or something in offering me 40 bucks for it when I was listening to them speak that there going for $250 online and they can sale it for $200 and then offers me $40 bucks that's crazy man I'll never be going here again lost a customer for good and ill make sure everyone I know never goes there either...

  I was trying to sell my MacBook Air is brand new (2017) with my receipt and I told them I want 500 dollars; they offers me less then 100 dollars That’s Crazy! 😴

  Hi There - Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. Whether the feedback is positive or negative it always gives us an opportunity to improve. Laptops and tablets are incredibly tricky to price out - they really don't hold their value for very long in a way that other items do (gold, silver, diamonds, etc). There is always something new coming out that makes today's technology obsolete and while Apple laptops in general are incredibly expensive, they are no less susceptible to depreciation than any other brand. With that in mind we were not telling you what your item is worth - it's worth what you paid for it. We were merely giving you a number we felt comfortable LOANING on it. We have no interest in owning your laptop or any other item outright - we always prefer that the customer get's their items back at a fair price. I do hope you will give us another chance in the future so that we may right this ship and I apologize for your experience. Thank you.

  Worst pawn shop ever, don't waste your time with people like them....horrible costumer service.

  This shop treat everyone in the city like they are drug addict no everyone the city are like this I thick this shop needs to leave the city for the simple fact of racial profiling
