  Worst location for Bank of America. Waited 1:30 minutes in line just to take money out. Manager wouldn’t help the only teller they have working. This is Friday right before holiday weekend. Worst experience. I shouldn’t have to wait this long to get access to my own money. Ridiculous!

  Worst Bank of America I have ever been too. Don’t go there. You wait forever to be told you have to make an appointment. If this was the only Bank of America, I would change banks.

  Terrible and most inefficient banking system ever seen. Almost a hour and half in line to cash a check, only to be told couldn't without making phone calls. Complete garbage.

  So annoyed at the fact that there is always a 20 minute wait, even on a Tuesday at 1 PM. Please hire more tellers. I'm moving both my personal and business accounts to TD bank as a result of the long waits, all the time

  Borders on horrific service because they don't have enough tellers. Never more than 2 tellers, always more than 6 or 7 people in line.

  Every time I come it's either closed (in the middle of the week before 4 pm) or cannot get serviced. First time almost could not get a check cashed. Came many times after that... closed. Now, tried to get a notary service... not possible only by appointment.

  Terrible branch/bank. They always have 5 people walking around asking people questions and greeting people but only one or two tellers. Even when the line is out the door.

  Called twice, didn't pick up the first time and the second time they literally picked up the phone and just hung it up after 3 rings, obviously ignoring the call....
