  Whay is TD Bank so crowded at the drive-up? Hours on-line said open at 9AM, drive up was around the building into another parking lot. They didn't open until 9:30AM, and I was the 10th car back!! After waiting an hour I didn't have another hour to wait to get service!! Employees showed up after 9AM and there were kids inside!!

  Probably the only bank in the area with drive through lines longer than Popeyes. On top of that, the length of the drive through is so small, that they had to have local police regulate the lines. And the cops were not nice and unclear on their instructions.

  Just got a notice that the minimum balance in my small business account which recently went up to $500 .. Is now going up to $1,500 ! or they will charge you a $25 a month "maintenance fee" ... "maintenance" ? really ? Do they take your money and clean it ? what maintenance to let you small amount of money to sit there? They did this with a prior account I had.. seldom used it.. had a couple hundred bucks in it.. well, I wasn't paying attention and month by month they took out the "maintenance fee" until they took all of it and closed the account.. Thanks TD.. I'm looking elsewhere..

  Terrible, the most inconvenient bank in the world. Drive up sucks, atm sucks, drive up ATM sucks even worse. When you need them, they are not there, must change banks.

  The customer service was very poor! She had an attitude and their atm always runs out of money! Ridiculous.
