  Rates have gone rock Bottom & are super competitive. I personally have been in the mortgage industry for over 17 years, I was hesitant for years to ever leave my original big-name bank. They provided for me, & put food on my table, also gave me an employee discount rate for my mortgage. Even after I was laid off, and when the housing Market crashed, I also stood by them. I grew up hearing from my parents "Be loyal to your bank, & your bank will be loyal to you". Folks I hate to say it "but those relationships hardly exist". But I did say hardly, right? After 10 years, & I don't how many extra $$ Dollars $$ in interest I finally took that leap of faith. Amy Wolff & Team made my refinance process possible. I was able to scan all documents with pictures from my phone, & literally uploaded my turbo tax returns from website to the next. I had my Notary visit in less than 30 days. So not only was it easy, I no longer have a car payment, I also shaved off 8 years of debt and with what I'm saving I'll be able to pay off my loan in 10 years, versus the 20 I had left owing. What really puts the icing on the cake, is how now I will have that relationship with my lender that I never had. It might not seem like much but who else sends you Koozies, or an invite to pick up a pie for Thanksgiving etc..or Just a simple email with "Hello how are you doing"? If The Amy Wolff Team doesn't pass the Benchmark, that's because they are the Benchmark!
